- charge reasonable and proportionate fees which are based on value to the client (and not simply on how long something has taken to do) – whenever possible, we like to agree fixed fees at the outset of a piece of work and so give our clients clarity and certainty
- offer a full range of services

Our IT infrastructure has been continually developed to provide an environment that is integrated, dependable, scalable and supportive of our current IT needs and future developments of them. Our core systems are regularly upgraded and we have recently installed new practice management and case management applications.
